*nasib baik susah demuk hikss
Perempuan ni adalah makhluk yang senang sangat badan nak naik kan.
Kalau lelaki?I dunno about other boy,but Mr R always sibuk cerita nak diet.He always takut if looks debab,chubby *cute ;p and blah blah blah.
Kita kalau nak diet memang tak boleh makan nasi eekk...memang tak boleh makan langsung eekk...disebabkan Mr R selalu cerita pasal diet,coz he said dia takut perut dia boroi heh so,i am on a mission...to make sure this mission works,i will have to create a daily diet diary. just for him *baik kita kan
And here goes *drum roll
Day1: Dinner
Beef Stew with carrots and potatoes.
Day 2: Breakfast
2 crackers with peanut butter
Day2: Lunch
Chicken soup with a little bit of fish
Day 2: Snack
2 crackers with peanut butter

That's all I have for now..*noted tau ,nanti nak cakap dengan Mr R,u cannot eat rice,bread,fried food and sweet things lagi tau,i am your wellness consultant hihihihi..dengan time bangun and tido dia yang tak menentu,apakah boleh menjadi diet yang sihat?Let see :)
